Below is a list of modalities which I have received training for, and I can use a combination of any of these massage styles when I work on a client. In addition to the different massage styles, I have a collection of special oils and lotions, some having medicinal qualities.
Please contact me and together we can design your ideal therapy session.
Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is a relaxing full body massage using long gliding strokes with oils or lotions. Benefits of Swedish massage include the stimulation and flushing of the circulatory system, release of tight muscles, restore range of motion, and the relief of pain.
Similar to Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage can relieve tension in muscle groups that lay underneath other groups of muscles.
Deep Tissue
Sports massage is traditionally for athletes that have recently been in an event or are preparing for an event, but the benefits can be experienced by anyone. Sports massage utilizes strokes from Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, and assisted stretching.
Sports Massage
Reflexology is based on the theory that certain areas of the skin, when touched, can have a healing effect on another part of the body. Different areas of the feet or hands can effect pretty much any part of the body.

Assisted Stretching
Assisted stretching, or partner stretching, is a great way to stretch muscles that are hard to stretch on your own
Thai Massage
In Thai massage, the therapist uses their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of yoga-like stretches and also applies deep muscle compression, joint mobilization, and acupressure.Thai massage also utilizes energy work, which, according to ancient Asian culture, treats the subtle energetic field within the body
Myofascial release is used to treat myofascial pain syndrome. Myofascial pain syndrome is a chronic pain disorder caused by sensitivity and tightness in the tissues that surround and support the muscles throughout the body. The pain originates from specific points within these tissues called trigger points. Myofascial release focuses on easing the tension and tightness of the trigger points.

Hot Stone Massage
Heated stones promote deeper muscle relaxation, the localized heat and weight of the stones warm and relax muscles, allowing the massage therapist to apply deeper pressure to those areas without causing discomfort. The stones are not just placed on the client, the therapist uses the stones as a tool to massage the client.
Custom Massage
In my training, I was taught that no two massages should be the same. I want to provide my clients with the best massage possible, that means I will incorporate multiple massage modalities into each massage session. I am constantly learning new modalities to provide the best therapy. In addition, I can use different oils and lotions, some with medicinal qualities. Please contact me and we can design a great therapeutic massage session.
